His Kind Spriit
I remember George from the days he would come to my father's tailor shop to learn the trade from a Master. I came to Daddy's (W.C.Daniels, Master Tailor) Tailoring class everyday after leaving St. Anthony's school to wait for Daddy to take me home. For a long time, George was the only male taking Daddy's Tailoring class at Sterling High School. Once George shared his gentle and kind smile in my direction, I loved George. I told Daddy that George was my boyfriend! What a laugh that was! I was still in elementray school when Daddy offered George an opportunity to work with him in his Tailor Shop at our home. I remember George's smile when he would see me and the laugh he and Daddy would share. Always kind and determined to excel...that was George. I see the two of them now, in Heaven. May God's perfect peace be with George's family now and always. Daddy always reminded me that no one would get out of this world alive! From that, I no longer fear death. It is part of the journey. Thank you Lord for George. Please welcome him into your kingdom.
