Mr. Harold Lee Whitmore, 73, of Taylors, South Carolina, passed on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at Prisma Health (GMH). Born in Greenville County, South Carolina, he was the son of the late Max Dial and Mary A. Whitmore Williams.
He was married to Quileena Bryant Whitmore for 23 years.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Kia Whitmore of Pennsylvania and Tiayona (Stanley) Smith of Lexington, SC; five sons, Harold D. (Justine) Whitmore of North Carolina, Carl Whitmore of Bronx, NY, Floyd Bryant of Greenville, SC, Jamaal (Crystal) Bryant of Wellford, SC, and Earl Bryant (Nicole Gary) of Greenville, SC; one sister, Dorothy (Ben) Richardson of Greenville, SC; one brother, Tommy Dial of Reidville, NC; a host of grand children, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service: Thursday, May 12, 2022, 11:00 am at Water of Life Christian Church with interment in
M.J. “Dolly” Cooper Veterans Cemetery.
